Ministries

Our ministries are designed to fulfill the mandate on our church to pursue the presence of God and to prepare a people for the presence of Jesus.   The following ministries are here to help you grow in Christ and to connect to the heart of God: 

Every Wednesday Night from 7-8:30 pm, we have classes for all ages to grow in the knowledge and revelation of Jesus.   Please note that all classes are suspended for the summer and will resume again in September.

The Destiny Center is located in Bluffs Acres and provides discipleship of young believers in this community.  There is also tutoring available to grade-school children.

Various groups meet regularly in order to fellowship together and provide opportunities for relationship developing and spiritual growth.  These groups give those involved the opportunity to operate in their gifts and talents in a smaller setting while growing together in the Word of God.

We have a food pantry that is available to anyone in need.  It is open during business hours and an appointment is required.

  • Greeters

Our greeters will meet you at the door every Sunday with a friendly smile!  They are also there to answer questions you may have or direct you to where you need to go within the building.

Heartland School of Ministry is a 9 month intensive training that focuses on raising up a community of Kingdom-minded people.  The school equips them to establish a habitation for Jesus and to minister out of that place.

The hospitality ministry is a group of loving people who want to serve others with their culinary gift.  One Sunday each month, they prepare a feast for everyone to enjoy and to fellowship after service.

Our Children's Ministry serves our little ones from infants to age 12.  They meet every Sunday morning.

Liane's Closet is a clothes pantry that has clothes in good condition and in all sizes for anyone in need.  Liane's Closet has a regular clothes giveaway where anyone can come and get free clothes.  We do accept donations of clothes in good condition. 

This ministry provides an opportunity for men to meet regulary to fellowship together while growing in the Word.

We have several domestic and foreign missions opportunities including those in our "backyard" to Africa and Costa Rica.

This team is a group of singers, musicians and artists who use their gifts and talents in leading the congregation in praise and worship unto the King of Kings!

We have several opportunities for prayer and personal ministry.  We have a prayer team who prays for the corporate needs of the church as well as individual prayer requests on a regular basis.  These teams also serve on Sunday mornings during designated times and altar calls to pray for individual needs or to give prophetic ministry to those who so desire.  The prophetic ministry teams simply wait on the Lord and then minister the word that they receive from Him for others.

  • Ushers

 The ushers are there to serve you during the service.  They are also there to answer questions you may have or direct you to where you need to go within the building.  If you need assistance during the service, let one of our ushers know.

  • Watchmen Security Team

This team watches over the building and grounds during services and provides assistance to the children's departments and other ministries.

This ministry provides an opportunity for women to meet regularly to fellowship together while growing in the Word. 

 Ignite Youth is for ages 13-18.  They meet every Wednesday night at 7:00 pm.
